Reviving the weekly Denver meets: Sonic Saturdays at Yale/Broadway 8 PM

There seems to be a few people, including myself, interested in meeting weekly in the Denver area for food, cruising, general bullsh**ing, etc

Anyone else interested or have an opinion on when/where it should be?

I guess it used to be at the Sonic on union and Alameda on Sundays. This works for me. maybe in the evenings around 6 ish?

I wonder if that Sonic still "accepts" meets, I seem to recall them kicking folks out a few years back for unruly behavior.

I'd be down to meet up. Not every week like I used to. Not enough time. I play pick up games on Sunday nights so Saturday evenings would work best.

Besides drama the next reason I think meets fell apart were because peoples scheduling changed. It got a little hard to come up with times and places that worked for the majority. Cruises through the mountains are best with 4-8 cars anyways.

i think we can all behave ourselves, and if they kick us out anyway we can just find another spot. maybe even another sonic. lol.

i could do saturdays but not until later. around 7 ish.

I would be glad to meet up, maybe not once a week just yet. I'm in Denver about every other weekend until I find a job and a house with a giant garage there.

I wouldn't mind reviving them on at least monthly...maybe coinciding with the Golden Super cruise. meet up somewhere, grab some food/drinks, and check out the cruise. First Saturdays of the month. Just a thought.

I'd be down to go to some meets in Denver over the summer when I'm home. Although I personally would prefer them be a little further south.

Im down to wait a couple more weeks both for everyone to get into town for the summer, and also for the weather to stop being a bitch. lol
