Well iv decided to sell my rx7, Its a 1993 rx7 R1,
mods:
Exotic speed turbo back (i have stock cats)
fluidyne radiator
petitt aluminum ast
omp SS lines
greddy intake
Apexi Power FC with commander
Tein S tech springs

The motor currently has very low compression in front and rear housing, it can start and idles very unstable, it will drive

Im selling it as is, im looking to Get 8k OBO

FDs. They make DSMs look reliable.

That's a nice looking ride, too bad to hear about the engine problems. If the engine were fixed properly, would it run well without your mods contributing to a similar problem in the future? I guess what I'm asking, is if a car like yours sustainable as a daily driver with those kind of mods? Please understand, I not familiar with the nuances of a rotary engine, so I don't know how that "take" to the performance being pushed (?).

Rx7s can be great daily drivers, and when taken care of and built right (like how Eduardo mentioned ALS apex seals) rotaries will last a long time, too.

FDs are a little tricky to dd. They are small, not a lot of storage space, and the interior quality is rather subpar. I also wouldn't enjoy driving one in snow or ice, but that's me. 240+rwhp in a lightweight rwd sports car on snow, even with snow tires, could get hairy.

yea mine was my daily for about 5 months, just that and drifting was just to much for that stock motor to put up with

Ive been daily driving my 7 for the past 7 years or so. This is sooo tempting if I wasn't already probably going to do rebuild on my FD this winter haha... maybe if I sell the porsche...
