Banzai Racing makes a patch harness so you can plug a PFC into an FC. However, I'm not sure if it's only certain models of FC or all of them. I'd check it out.

Here is a link to the patch harness Eric mentioned, it's really the only way to run a PFC in an FC without a total engine/chassis rewire:
