A small update. I've been driving the car for over two weeks with no oil or fuel problems. The car did great going to park meadows and back.
I plan to start buying the rest of my maintanence parts in a few weeks.

First think on my list is this: Atkins Designed Six Port Actuator Valve Kit
Repairs I still need to do:
-unstick 6 port actuators
-have injectors cleaned and pressure tested
-replace intake gaskets because I have to pull the intake
-replace thermostat
-replace coolant line that goes under oil filter and coolant lines to intake
-finish replacing vacuum lines
-replace front struts (taking them off my 83)
-replace air filter

The car continues to run good without a fuel filter change. I have about 500 miles since dipping the tank.
The struts off the black car are basically shot so that is a no go.

What are you doing to get your injectors cleaned and pressure tested?
I found http://witchhunter.com/ I've heard they do great work and it's only $19 per injector. They can also flow match injectors.

I was going to use witchhunter. Talking with eric, he said that I should install the injectors as soon as I get them back so they don't gum up. I plan to have the injectors sent after I have all the other parts needed to install them. I have an extra set of injectors so the car won't need to be down. The GSL-SE only uses 2 low impedence injectors. From what I here '84 used 680cc and '85 used 720cc. The extra set of injectors I have are out of an '85.

Yes, it's a must to install the injectors with 1-2 weeks after getting them. I had a friend who waited a month or two before installing his secondaries after getting them cleaned from Witch Hunter and one was stuck half open. It would just dump fuel into the motor and it took us weeks to figure out what was wrong.

I use a 9v battery and a connector (like in a radio or alarm clock, you can get a pack of them from Radio Shack) and apply the wires to either side of the injector, if it clicks it's good.
I got some injectors from Rich Farrell one time and a couple of them had stuck closed, or open, I'm not sure which haha.

I bought a set of new struts for the car. TOKICO Blues. So I should have a much nicer car to drive.
Eric, I will end up needing to use the spring compressors after all.

Did I tell you I found the spring compressors? I know exactly where they are now too LOL.
You did tell me. Now I just need to find a time to grab them.
