I can put you two in contact, if you like.

I'd go out there and help if I wasn't already swamped this month.

Just make sure you're ready for the trip! I'm taking an extra two days off after I get back with the intent of getting everything done to get her running and driveable. That gives me the goal of 28 March to be done and a couple of weeks of driving before the trip. Any work I do in April will have no impact to the trip. All cosmetic type stuff.

Yeah, you're DEFINITELY gonna beat me lol. Some of my parts aren't even getting shipped until 31 Mar. Ugh this is too close.

So I just ordered my new clutch master cylinder. Should have it shipped by Wed and with luck, it will be there by the time I return.

Got back in town last night. I've been it it itching to work on the car during the entire trip. Finally got to start on it this afternoon. Thanks to Eric's help, we were able to get the motor and tranny back in the car. We finished about an 45 mins ago. I'm probably going to head back in in a bit to do more work on it.

So during the disassemble process, I found that my clutch mc was broken.
Here's the old one. You can see where the mount point broke off.

Got the new one delivered on Thursday and installed it last night. New one came with a reservoir.

The MC was a PITA but after that, things started rolling. Between last night and today, got the thing down to some final wiring. depending on how I feel after eating, I may tackle it tonight. Otherwise it'll likely be Tuesday before I get to it. She's finally on the ground for the first time in a few months.

The fuel rail covers are new. I picked them up a while ago and just finally got around to installing them.

Thanks man!

So I went to start it and forgot to check the battery before today. Dammit!!! So it's at advance auto getting a trickle charge. Will have to wait until tomorrow for the startup.
