More than likely it's the main culprit, however, there are still a few vacuum leaks to fix.

Even though there is no such thing as a vacuum. just no pressure :D

All I gotta say is.. Pat did a very good job at getting my car back up and running. Sure, we're waiting on the coil to arrive from his buddy - but the car runs *100%* better. Haven't tested the temp at heavy driving, until I reinstall the new fan - I also have to put in the header, as well.

However, the car feels a bit more energized as I wanna call it. She wants to get moving that's for sure... I also noticed, Pat, you fixed quite a bit more inside the car than I thought .. It seems I can't call her Jello Stick anymore lol.

update:
Car over heated today going to my buddies house who's installing the SHO fan & the rest of my exhaust system. She didn't shut down like she's done in the past, she went maybe 5-10% before it hit "H". I'm really bad with numbers and fractions to tell you really where she was at, sorry. All I did was drive from Lake ave, on to I-25 to Exit 138; up powers & then up S Carefree. That small hill on S Carefree seems to always trigger a overheat issue with my car; and it's not even that much of a incline!

She's okay though. The coolant went to the overflow tank & I spoke to my buddy who stated it's gone back into the system. No leaks found.

Tomorrow night we'll be installing the Header/rest of the exhaust system (Fixing the exhaust leak) and installing the E-fan.

Next weekend I'm heading up to dinner with Pat & Henry to go to Black Hawk for some gambling; I'm not sure If I'll take the car then, but either way I want to test my car up at lookout - since it seems that most of the time she'll overheat in thin air.

Anyway.. there's my updated for the week.

Sad sad day. Car needs a rebuilt motor. Just got off the phone with Don, he will be rebuiling one of his and I'll be purchasing from him. Going to be removing the motor from the car tonight or tomorrow and will bring it to Denver this week. Gonna have don disassemble it on Sunday during the meet. Makes me sad, but at least now I'll have a better motor.

My friend who was doing my exhaust system sent me this text, yeah it says head gasket and crack block, but exhange that in rotary terms so to speak.

"Bad news found out why it overheats :( it has a combustion leak into the coolinmg system either by blown gasket or cracked block"

Anyway see y'all on Sunday

no head gaskets on a rotary. It could be a coolant seal leak.

Yeah. He didn't know the term for a rotary and to be quite frank neither did I. More than likely you're correct, Chris. Either way I was really hoping she would live to after this summer.

Yeah I know. TII swap is too expensive. I'm just rebuilding and street porting.

Either way she will be alive by 05/22, or well so I hope.
