Ok so good news got the beeping to stop i got the 5 beeps now so im gonna go ahead and re aline the steering wheel. So i know if you car beeps non stop at you its cause your mph gauge doesnt work lol i fixed mine today and it made the beeping stop so that was my dumbness now. my car i have to jump it to get it to start pretty much, but if i have been driving it and try to start it it wont =/ and i dont know what to do maybe this sounds crazy but fuel filter?

So you have to jump start it any time you try to start it? It could be your battery or alternator.

Damn, this could be just about anything from the description. If it's slow cranking, I'd agree with Chris about the battery or alternator. But the other things you described tell me you have leaky injectors or something, it sounds like it's flooding.
Do you know how long it's been since regular maintenance has been performed? I'd start with fuel filter, spark plugs, oil change, and possibly air filter but I doubt that has MUCH to do with it. Do some simple maintenance and see if there are any changes to the way it runs. I have a feeling it's been a while since last maintenance.
After that, I'd look at the injectors, which is a little more indepth. You can check them with a 9v battery to see if they're working properly. At that point, I'd also check things like spark plug wires, coils, etc. You might also have a problem with the ECU or MAF sensor too.
Where did you get the car or who did you get it from? Do you know how to do any of this maintenance? I'm not an FC guy, but the things I listed are pretty well universal.
I'd do a compression check too (or have one done) just to see how much life is left in your engine. If I ever get another rotary again, I'll do AT LEAST the things I mentioned when I first get the car.

Ok im gonna try to give the full discription. The maintenance on the car is unknown but it has new power steering pump, alt, starter and it looks pretty well maintained ( i will do the plugs and wires and oil and the fuel filter since i got it ) But i know looks can be deciveing too. So first thing car cold i start it it runs to about 3G and dies after that no mater gas full, half or not even on the gas. So after about two more trys and if the battery lasts it will run and it will sit there and some times i can let it idle and some times if i do it dies. So i drive to the gas station about 2-3 miles into town and i shut the car off to put gas in and it wont start back up after words. I put the jumper cables on it and it turns over to the point of you can hear it barley start running but not enough to power though and run after you let the starter go. So after about 30min of sitting there it finally starts. So it starts on its own sometimes, sometimes it wont. If you guys have anymore ideas after this info let me know if not i will do what you suggested. all i got to say is man rotoary are crazy and confusing

I would for sure replace the fuel filter. It sounds like it is flooding though.

Buy new injectors, or send them to Witchhunter Performance in WA, they clean, rebuild, service, etc injectors. Thats what it sounds like honestly, I have had injectors die on me before and this is exactly what they do. Hate to start, hate to run, will cut out between injector phasing, blah blah blah. If they are dead, they do not have a spray pattern anymore, they simply shoot fuel out and its like putting a 1600cc injector in place of your 460's(n/a) or 550's (turbo) that are running FULL duty cycle so as long as its running it will keep clearing itself out by telling the secondaries to shut off then when it reaches a lean point on the primaries the secondaries come in again and throw way too much fuel in.
Rotary engines are very simple, if they are running then its almost always soemething to do with spark or fuel. If they are not running, it has something to do with a fuse, relay, sensor, or the engine is blown.
Typically, any beeping you hear has to do with oil level/pressure or coolant level. The fact that yours was doing it with something to do with the speedo is very odd.

Hmm sounds to me like intermittent flooding which usually leads to a blown engine, but I could be wrong. Check compression, if it's above 20psi you're fine but 15 and lower means worn seals.
As for the cruising issue can you get a little more specific or clearer? I also have a 86 gxl auto but have never experience fuel cut above 3500. But the way you explain it, sounds like your fuel pump is about to take a crap or possible clogged fuel system.
I would suggest the compression check first before you do or buy anything.
Edit: oh yeah look for vacuum leaks. It won't run when it's warm if it has vac leak but when it's cold it will since it sound like you still have the cold start system installed. Soo first on your list is vac leak then compression test.
