I made a little progress last night. I faught with the clutch for over an hour and got nowhere. I also removed everything so I could replace the oil line. It requres a 26mm (I think) to remove the oil line. I only have through 24mm.

I'm pretty sure I have a 26mm wrench in the bottom drawer of my little plastic Craftsman toolbox on the floor. You can stop by and grab it if you like. Although the money in gas might be more than just buying one from a nearby store LOL.

I ended up borrowing a monkey wrench from Ian and I did get the new oil line on. I'm going to change the oil after work today. I looked up the price to buy a 26mm wrench at sears and it was $18.

I'm going to need to swap out the clutch line and slave from the black car also today.

I went to Sears to pick up my hex sockets. $6 for one, $10 for the set. Makes perfect sense.

The car is on the road and driving good. I fixed the clutch, changed all the oil (motor, tranny, and rear), had the wheels swapped, and had an alignment done.

I was able to drive the car to the meet as well.

Next on the list is fix the exhause leak (needs a new gasket between the mani and the downpipe). Than it is replace the O2 sensor, chean injectors, fix 6 port actuators, and replace all old vacuum lines.

I took the car on a drive to the salvage yard and on the way back the car stalled. The fuel filter clogged. i was able to jack the car up, pull the filter, and bang it out. The car ran after that. I think this is going to be some thing I will have to deal with untill all the rust comes out of the tank.

I had some fun with the simple green today. I started to clean under the hood. I finished the underside of the hood and started on the inner fenders.

Here is a before and after:

It does. I didn't even have to scrub, just spray and wipe off.

Simple Green gives me flashbacks of being on cleaning detail in the Army.
