Let's start with what's under the hood and go from there. So what's under the hood? Stock engine with turbo? Stock engine? Ported engine? Stock computer or aftermarket engine management? What clutch is in the car? LSD or open rear end?

Dirty postwhore thread jackers!

What are you using for a turbo? how much boost? Right now it sounds like your best bet is to get aftermarket engine management and properly tune the injection/boost/timing. Water and alcohol injection would be a little extra power/protection as well. Be real careful runnung a turbo on a non-turbo engine. Detonationon a rotary is a quick death for the apex seals. Water alcohol injection helps prevent detonation by raising octane when the boost comes on, and adds a alittle power, but the kits are a few hundred bucks. How strong is the car now? Have you gotten a chance to run it in the quarter yet? What has it humiliated in a race so far?

I thought you would be putting the tII motor into you car. Why are changing your mind? I thought the apex seals on the current motor were on the vurge of going out.
