John's are 17s, I checked. These are 18x9.5 +38 getting a 20mm spacers for the rear. Still debating on what tire size to order. Yup rota grids.

Are you fenders rolled/pulled or modified at all? I would roll the fenders then you should be able to run a 255/40 no problem all around, or even 265/40 if you want more rubber, but it will be close in the rear with those spacers.

I need to get my fenders rolled. I was thinking just running a ricer riffic 235/40 all around. pretty much modeling my stance after this rx7

Is that the Russian FD? I love that thing, those green wheels just set it off. 235's won't be that bad.

do you work at that tire place? if so got any tire deals? wink wink hahaha.

Car started smoking from the engine bay just now, spraying coolant from somewhere deep down by the turbos. Im assuming its that rubber hose N3A1-13-536 from the turbos to the engine.

I blew one of those coolant hoses one time. It was the coolant feed hose to the turbos if I remember right. Can you see for sure where it's coming from?

the feed hose wasnt leaking. I can see coolant spray on the subframe so thats why im assuming/hoping its the return hose under the turbos. Ill get a closer look at it tomorrow before work.

It's got to be either the turbo coolant return hose or even the heater hose. The turbo coolant hoses can be a bitch to get to.

yeah looks like i have some fun work ahead. Cant locate the leak but can definitely see steam coming from the turbos somewhere deep down. Its a very small leak, no dripping just steam from the turbos.

Have you been letting the car cool down and checking your coolant? Are you missing a lot or just a little?
