I have a nice smoothed out map ready for your car. I would like to put it on and do some logs to see if I smoothed them right.

getting closer to having a finalized car/tune.

I'm ready when you are. I should have time any night this week other than tonight if you're available.

On a side note, looks like I'm going to have to install a gasket between my turbo and downpipe. I found some really high-temp graphite'ish material people swear by. I ordered it and should have it by Wednesday. Hopefully that will fix that exhaust leak.

And, I found another cluster for $200!! Woohoo!!

Actually... I have it torn apart right now fixing the coolant leak and putting the gasket on the downpipe. I also have the dash ripped apart because my new (used) cluster will be here Friday as well as the new gauge pod for the dash instead of the A-pillar.

Maybe Sunday again?

Besides, Friday nights are almost always out for me now. That's jam night with the band.

I like how the rotary guys are equally excited to get others on the road.

Lots of jelly over here, but no bread or peanut butter.

Look forward seeing the start up and running video I am sure you guys will put together...right?

I've been chasing my exhaust leak. I thought it was the exhaust manifold so loosened it all up, and re-tightened. That didn't fix anything. It is really hard to tell where the leak is coming from exactly, but now I'm thinking it is actually at the lower part of my lower intake manifold, which is about impossible to get to with the turbo in place.

I'm just going to drive it as-is for now and tear it apart this winter. Blah.

EDIT: After a little research, it seems there is supposed to be a gasket there.... I'm pretty sure last time I had the LIM off, there wasn't a gasket. However, that would be a vacuum leak not an exhaust leak right? Maybe there's a hole in my exhaust manifold... fk, I dunno.

Use a hose like a Stethoscope to find exhaust leak in the manifold area. I use a long fuel hose.

There is a gasket on the intake manifold to block.

I am betting exhaust leak. its not a vacuum leak making that noise.

I have a hole in my turbo/exhaust manifold. It's not out of the realm of possibilities lol.
