There are so many different factors it's impossible to tell the actual weight without weighing it.

Gross weight is with the car full of people and crap.[/b]

I see. But why would you do it packed with 4 200lbs. people. That varies dramatically. All I'd care about is the car with me in it.

I agree. All in all I'd say ours weigh about ~3400

We need to see how my car stands up against yours. 1000 lb lighter and 50-75 less hp.

GVWR is the max weight your car is rated for, including cargo. That isn't an "average" weight, or anything. Curb weight is your car with all standard equip/fluids, but with no cargo or people.

So the base weight of a MT RX-8 is 3029 lbs. Auto is a bit heavier.

Any thoughts about dynoing the car in the future, Ghost?

I'm planning on going to see RP at the end of the month when I get the cash. I'll of course post the dyno sheet up when I get it.

Still a bit of an oil leak from the oil return pipe and I have to move the turbo to get to it but I can't drain the oil because the pump at the auto shop is broken :(

Have you picked up an AP yet? Or still running the e-Manage?

Due to some problems with Verizon I can't afford the AP right now so I'm gonna get it tuned with E-Manage this weekend hopefully.

That's good stuff man!! I'm assuming MM has a preloaded map for the GReddy turbo kit right? Good luck :)
