Right now, I'm looking at April...hope I can last 6 months or so. I think my mods list has hit about $10k...haha. C'mon powerball!

i'm shooting for spring too. probably won't happen. I have a turbo fund of -$200. Good luck on saving up caise the power ball is all mine.

Wait I also havn't paid for my classes yet for this semester. Make that -$3,000+ and whatever next semester costs. I think I'll skip out on school next year and save the money for my kit.

LOL. I keep telling myself this spring for the past 2 years. This would be the third. Little mod's are money friendly. I think next I'm going to do a Carbon fiber hood. I don't really like how it looks on the blue so I might end up getting it painted.

Little mods FTW. [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/9b5bde.gif[/img]

Don't you work at the US Mint downtown? Are you walking out of there with $10,000 in quarters little by little everyday? [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/6f1d77c8.gif[/img]

I just thought of something funny (at least to me) So about a 2years ago my RX-8 badging fell off. First the Dash then the 8. So I bought a new badge at Lakewood. Well I said I'm not going to put the emblem on till I get a turbo kit. I was so sure I would have one soon that I painted the 8 on the new badging Red to let people know that it isn't an ordinary 8.
Well I still don't have any badging on.

I want one soo bad. I've been waiting for one since I've had the car. Too expensive.

sorry for crashing. This thread just reminded me of the red 8 i have waiting. I also had plans to chop up the mazda bading I'll post a pic of it in the gallery. Can't post the badging, (at my bro's house which caught fire 3 weeks ago, good thing nothing happened to his cars or the garage.) but I can post the photoshop of the mazda logo.

I'm at the Federal Reserve. No little quarters here, it's all cash.

I'm working on it...I keep planting the seeds with the girlfriend that this is my project car. I think she's starting to get it a little bit.

As it is, it's looking like 6 months out is a good time frame to have the extra moola saved up for the S/C. I should have everything else that I currently want to do done by then.

Here's the deal. Since your probably going to have your kit before me, you're going to let us now when you get it and we'll have a MZC meet so we cuold all test it out!!! I really want to see how a FI 8 feels. I want to know what I'm missing out on and looking forward too. I'm Also going to hate you. But that's alright cause you have an 8.

More than likely. When this happens, it'll definitely include a tech meet for folks that want to help out.

Now that sounds like my kind of tech meet [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img]

The only supercharger I've installed/helped install in the past was a Jackson Racing SC for a RSX Type S. Although I've swapped out turbos for DSM's, Subarus, VW's, ect. When you pick up your SC, be sure to let me know, I'll be sure to be there for the install.
