Exhaust shops in the springs

Postby RX-7 Chris » Wed Nov 19, 2008 9:14

Does anyone know of good exhaust shops in the springs?

It needs to be one that doesn't care that I'm missing my cats. Also I want thick walled pipe and mandral bends. I want to do 2.5" with a magnaflow.

I have an apointment with Catfish Engineering for next Friday. I tried Buds Muffler in the springs and they wouldn't do it without a cat. Carfish will do it however I want and for half the price for the same stuff.

If they didn't work out then I was going to go to Buds in Denver.

I was going to say Zico and the guys do that stuff too. But if you already have an appt at the other place...Zico is in Hawaii again now anyway and he's the one that does the welding.

2698 Delta Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80910

They did an ok job, not the best in the world but the only choice if you want catless.

I've had good work done at Muffler Masters on Austin Bluffs/Barnes and on Fillmore/Stone, and they looked the other way that I had no cats. They weren't the ones removing the cats though, so that might be different if you're wanting them to actually take the cats off. Most places won't do it cause if they get caught they face some pretty huge fines.
