Aftermarket parts acquisition

Postby Sixburgher » Mon Jul 06, 2009 9:14

Does anyone know somewhere within CO or WY borders that sell after market parts? I really want to get a Synapse BOV this week. Any and all info is helpful. Thanks!

http://www.synapseengineering.com/

Check their distributor link. I found 3 or so CO listings but all of their webpage links seem to be dead.

I got mine from SCR in Loveland. If you have someone install it for you make sure you get the boost source from a tap in the hot pipe coupler comming from the intercooler. The synapse plays nicer with an unregulated boost source rather than tapping off the regulated waste gate line. It may not cause problems now, but for future modding it will work better with the boost tapped from the hot pipe coupler.

Well, I went to SCR Performance today and I gotta say, those dudes got their act together. Not only was it very fairly priced, but he walked me through everything I had to do to install the Synapse BOV. Went home and an hour later, I was swooshin all over the place :) I will definitely be a repeat customer to that place.

Hmm not sure dude. Their shop isn't setup like a normal parts store. All of their parts are in the back. I called ahead before I bought the Synapse. They are very friendly and helpful.

We've had a lot of people from our SRT club go there with really good luck. What type of issues are all of your friends having?
