The AP is far superior and the OTS maps are far more aggressive. However, the Hypertech is much safer, unless you get a custom tune on the AP that has a more modest increase in Boost, say 2-3psi... as that's all the Hypertech increases in terms of Boost anyway.

Personally, I'm very happy with the Cobb AP. Will be getting the plugs soon.
