Haltech tuners??

I am looking for someone that knows their way around a haltech ECU or someone willing to learn. If anyone can get me in contact with a tuner I would greatly appreciate it. If I find the right tuner I would be willing to pay them to take care of the entire tuning job or if I find someone that wants to learn how to work with the haltech ecu I would be willing to compensate them for their time too. Who do you recomend?

My fd used to put down 420hp on race fuel. I hope to push that far with pump gas when I am done but I will have to wait and see.
