Reg's Wheel Shop (MS6)

Postby Regulator » Fri Sep 04, 2009 9:14

I love the changing of the seasons, but I hate the thought of having to remove the only things that make my car unique, which are my chrome RX-8 wheels. I won't risk the mag chloride and salt rotting them away, so I have always switched back to my stock MS6 wheels and tires. This year I decided to do something about it and give my car back some uniqueness. Color: Duplicolor Graphite Wheel Paint, red pin stripe (stick on)

There are ton's of how to's out there so I won't describe the process, but I would be happy to answer questions or help out. Enough talk, time to show what you came here to see...

Very nice. 2 thumbs up. I like the look of that graphite. Will it hold up to the winter elements?

I used gunmetal on mine... Just need to make sure the painting surface is prep'd for paint. Mine even did well during some butcher's attempt to mount the rubber to them. :D

Looks awesome. I think those are one of the best looking painted stock rims I have seen.

I would have to charge enough to cover the pain, frustration, & hatred I had to endure to get them the way I wanted, PM me an offer :)

I would love to have the spacers, thats my only gripe with the way they look.
