I've heard Konigs are crap, but I haven't seen it myself so take that with a grain of salt. I have heard the same thing about Rotas, but that is from track use.

I can tell you from first hand experience that Enkeis are great quality. I've hit so many potholes and thought it would tear them to pieces and they're still just as good as ever. They're light, they're inexpensive, it's a classic design. I love them. I paid about $1250 for my set, but I went with one of the most aggressive sizes and fitments, something quite a bit more than 17X7, so you're going to pay alot less than I did.

Volk is also a good wheel but you're going to pay the price. SSR is a great wheel too from what I've heard and they're a bit cheaper than Volk.

If you go with a racing wheel, one that is ACTUALLY used in racing and not just using it in their name, you're almost certainly going to get the quality because they have to be good. If they're not good you'll notice race teams won't use them and you will probably hear why.

Contact Rishie Garg at AutoRND.com, I got my wheels through him and he hooked me up.

Well first, my brother has a set of Konigs on his eclipse and he has been through alot in that car with no rim problems but other than that i dunno..
I know BBS are pretty good brand but thats also just what ive heard.

I have 5zigen rims on my Mazda, yea the rims are probably worth more than the car but are still in really good shape and with no problem so far. And just from what i have read and heard they are a way good brand to stick to but depending on what rim series you want to buy from them, they can get pricey as well...

I had a set of Konig Villains on my 90 Civic hatch and I loved them. Never had any issues with potholes even on 40 series tires. I can't speak about track performance because I never raced that car, and I only had them on for about 8 months before I wrecked the car and totaled it, so I can't give insight on how they hold up long term either, but they were great for the time I had them.
