So I went 2 days ago to SC and picked up the NRG Dampers for the 8. They look awesome. I'll post pics later today. I found time to install them last night. Looks really strange having the hood up without any stick in the front.

I'm loivng them. I'll have some more pics up tomorrow that show more of the whole thing and not jsut one corner. Apparently I also took video before the pic. There is a short clip I'll post.
And they are way simple to put on. You don't need anyone to help you just the little hood prop. The last time you'll ever have to use the prop is during the install.

Fittment is great. Nothing outta the ordinary. I'll have some more pics in about 5 min. Posted up. I'll take 1 or 2 with the hood closed. The hood sits about 4 inches higher then the factory prop would hold it.
Updated - You can see my clean filter in one of the pics. Freshly cleaned, dried, and oiled.
