if so, want to help?

i am looking for free to cheap but great quality. yeah yeah.. i know not going to find.

but there is some medium to major welding needed on a 95 VW GTI and we need some one to help us do the work.

also, we need a few things painted. engine block, engine bay and maybe a few other things.. again cheap/free + high quality = awesome!

okay, this picture is not of the car in surgurey, but close..
see the black rub strip in the doors, well for starters, they need to go, now, unlike my jetta, there is an indentation there that need to have metal rolled and fitted and then welded.. (no bondo)

second, we are looking to add 3" to the arches for that wide body look..
with rub strips

with out rub strips

then are far as paint goes... just engine bay stuff.

right now it does look like this.

but could look better.. (shaved and painted a lighter color.)

Just my .02 but I think that the car would look better with the rub strips. Cheap/free and easy lol good luck with your search

yeah, the clean shaved look of no rub strips; the way the beaded water slides down, the feel of a soft towel over the light curve ot the door. {CENSORED}{CENSORED}{CENSORED}{CENSORED}{CENSORED}{CENSORED}{CENSORED}{CENSORED}

That's a LOT of work. We might be willing to help out but only when we slow down in the Winter.

Keep us in mind when Winter gets closer. Thta's when the deals are had.
