I bet! When I put in the lightened flywheel it had the same effect. Re-learn how to shift. Took about a day and a half to get used to it.

I so want lighter wheels that look that freakin sweet. No $ though so I'll settle with stock till I can muster some up.

I don't think the stock wheels are 32lbs. I remember something in the realm of 23 lbs. Unless you are talking about the stock wheel and tire combo, that may be 32 lbs. But you still need to consider the weight of the tire wyosaint put on there.

I noticed a big difference in acceleration when I put on my summer rims too. It's always nice to get some extra power.

I must say I am so jealous of you......I have been wanting to put the ADVAN rs wheels on for like two years........I tried to order them back when money was flowing but everywhere I tried was out of stock of the size/color combo I wanted. But now my house gets all the extra money. How much did you pay? I remember they were in the realm of $2500, if you don't mind me asking......

I ended up finding a set of ADVAN lookalikes, keeps me happy but they are nowhere near 16 lbs each.......wow:eek:. I like the black out look.......that is one sexy MS6.

Thanks for the comment, however you are further upon the list than I am. This is my first major mod besides the CAI. I posted details in the Garage. not to mention I got a 10% off for military discount. ;) Im going to put my earmuffs on now...

No I'm talking about stock rims. Atleast for the 8 they are 20lbs. I assumed same for the 3. So if each of the new weels is 16 lbs that's a savings of 4lbs per wheel so a total of 16lbs.

So if they are 23lbs assuming the tire ways the same that's 7lbs per wheel shaved of for a total of 28lbs. Intresting.....
