Yes, cops will take that opportunity and pull you over if you have no front plate. I don't have a front plate, but I have been pulled over for not having it. I still don't put it on, it's ugly.

I've got to pay an extra $25 for my custom Arizona plate. And that's yearly...... Though I got to have 7 charcters. And because I transferred reg. to Arizona from Texas I only have to run the rear plate. So now, I'm running a Euro Plate up front (did the same thing with my Mz3 just a different tag).
