That's funny. With as dented up as the car is and with those torn up hubcaps I'm sure he did it on purpose to complete the beater look to it, not to try to rice up his car. I think he's the anti-rice.

THAT'S THE GUY!!! That's the guy I referenced in the "Rice" thread. I've seen him over and over but could never get his picture. So glad he's around, I was starting to wonder if he moved from CO or something.
