I was board all night. (yeah I gots a boring life) Well anywho as some of you will recall I was gonna do my interior. Well not for a while now. Some of you will recall seeing a test peice of leater I had in my 8 that was supposed to be used for the center console doot. Well me and my board life decided since I dug up my old Spider infested cup holder assembly from the shed, (was in there for 4 years) I decided to combine my spare ccd with the test peice I had. Turned out pretty well. Took my hours to wrap. I was concentrating so hard the my jaw hurts from cringeing so much. I stabbed my self a bazillion times with needles.

Let me know your thoughts and what not. Seeing as it's nearly 3am I will have to judge how it looks when daylight comes around.

Fresh outta the shed. (only reason I took it out was to steal the swinging door part since mine broke.)

Very nice Jimmy... if I remember correctly he is going to re-do the interior to match that

Good work...now get those seats 2-tone as well! The console lid cover looks 1000% better than the ShiftStyle crap. While I like their shift boots, the console lids are horrible.

Sadly not really only little accents on the dash and that's it. I was gonna do the seats 2 tone. Mebe some day. Might repaint the blue peices along the center console grey again.

Thanks. Is the shiftstyle one the one that sits on top of the lid? The big old giant peice that doesn't sit rigt and is velcroed on? If so that thing looked like crap. I LOL'd at it. But I liked the perferated leather on the shift boot.

Who voted it's alright? Can I know why?

Nice skillz, it looks good!

There's a guy on another forum that completely re-did the interior on his Mini: seats, doors....EVERYTHING! I can't access the site from here at work, but maybe I'll link it up a bit later...kinda cool to see the change- If anything, it'll provide some good motivation for a project such as this. Although, it definetely helps to have a second vehicle :674818fc:

Hurry and post it up. I'm thinking I want to try wrapping the seats myself. I may try the lincoln first. Don't want to ruin my seats. Only if I had a spare seat.

Me. Cuz it's the only grey in the interior. The wrap job itself seems to be good, but as of right now, the overall result is just OK because of the sole grey in the interior.

Totally! I don't know what the F is up with my work computer and that darn site.

This guy is the epidemy of DIY....I've actually seen the car in person and it's pretty amazing. Knowing him, he'd probably be happy to give you some pointers as well.

I'll try and post up once I get home...around 5:30ish- damn long commute!

And you gotta do the rear lid to match it you keep this color combo. I guess the velcro ShiftStyle one is the one for the Zeta raised pad. The one Shiftstyle did, even for the stock lid, has a bad fit. Wrinkles, bulges, etc, etc.
