Sat Radio Reset for 1/09 Update

Does anyone have the details for resetting the sat radio? All my presest are now "invalid" after the January 09 update. I got a letter from Mazda explaining this, but I lost it or threw it away. Tried pulling the stereo fuse for an hour, but that didn't work. Any help would be great!
