• Look at my HID kit!!!

So I just got my HID kit from DDM....Guess what?!?!?!
The box was smashed up.....Re-taped.....Smashed up a little more.....rumagged through.....Missing both Ballasts....and one of the bulb plastic housing is cracked.....AWESOME!!!:mad::43007dfa::16603534::1e187f04::3039183a:

And to top it off...you have to go on the DDM site and fill out crap...they won't even talk to you about it....What bullshit!!!!

Example of why I like going through sponsors, only a pm away. Hope they are swift in fixing your problem. Seems like somone actually stole the ballasts....

So I talked to a DDM rep early yesterday....despite all the crap the rep was very helpful...they are going to ship our a new kit first thing Monday...now that I have a few names that I can reach directly things should be better now...

Good to hear things have turned around. Down the road, if you or anyone on the board here wants someone local who can meet anywhere go to http://www.hidhub.com. He's also got everything in stock.

The owners name is Alex. Myself as well as many of the MD members have gone through him. Great prices, excellent units, and has a warranty for all of his stuff no questions asked.

Well the new order shipped from DDM....At least I know they have good customer service if there is any sort of issue....Should be here Thursday:D

So my new HID kit from DDM just got here..undamaged!! I can't wait to install these...I can't believe how much was missing from the first shipment...
