Speed 3 Center Gauge Pod

Does anyone know who makes this? I know that Auto Exe makes one for $239. Though, I'm looking for something in the $50-$100 range.

Can anyone help?

Yeah I saw that one. Though, the reviews on it are kind of mixed. If I can't find another one i'll go with it.
