Well, the topic says it all. I'm in the planning phase of setting up a carputer. I've got the laptop (free, but the screen's backlight doesn't work), and I'll be ordering the AVElectronic Navigation Video Interface from the RPM Store. With the AudioLink MP3 integration already there, I've got the audio portion figured out. My only other concerns are power and where to actually mount the laptop. I'm thinking of doing a hideaway setup in the passenger foot area, behind the glove box. Main use will be audio/video integration with my stock Navigation screen/Bose system, to include running the Standback tuning software via USB. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated. ;)

I have heated leather seats up front. So I doubt a flip-up or under setup could work well.
