Andrew those are amazing. Truly.
[font=Arial Black][size=100]Roadrnr06 was my leased 2006 Speed 6 which was purchased on 06-06-06. I have many fond memories of that car, and will be keeping my original profile as a memory of the great car that I once had.
My new user name is Roadrnr09 and showcases my new 09 Subaru WRX which I am very happy to have purchased as a replacement vehicle : )

Nice pics.
Andrew, I got to drive one a 2008 STI while I was in Wichita a couple weeks ago. The guy that owns it autoxes it in the STU class. It's got a bunch of stuff done to it: coilovers, turbo pipes, Cobb AP, datalogger, anti lift kit on the front suspension and probably a bunch of other stuff. Me going from a NA 2.0L at 5800 feet in Colorado to a turboed 2.5L (?) AWD at about 1300 feet was awesome. 3rd and 4th gears are just too much fun. Triple digit speeds approach way too quickly. I didn't really get on it much in the corners. The Cobb AP really wakes that thing up.

That is awesome Tom! With a few mods an STi can become a hole different car; an animal really. Your friends car sounds like a real beast! At the time the photos were taken my friend had a turbo back exhaust and a tune. Since then he now has race coils and a few other track parts i can't recall. He tracks it often and is even thinking of driving out here to run at HPR. Oh and yeah its a 2.5L. Thanks Tom!
