some preggo teenage girl driving her boyfriends car (the Cadillac next to it) caught fire, so she pulled into discount tire and parked right next to my car.(i was at the gym and ran up and immediately took that picture) while it was burning you could hear ammunition in multiple guns going off in the car from the heat.

worst part is her insurance told me that they could find "no negligence on her part" so they didnt pay me..

no the insurance company i had wouldnt insure such an older vehicle for more than liability.. so its was a complete loss, and I didnt have time to fight it becauase i was leaving for basic training in one and a half months after it happened.

So after looking at the pictures. If your car was on fire and you pulled into a near empty parking lot, WHY WOULD YOU PARK IT RIGHT NEXT TO ANOTHER CAR????

i know i was pissed off and heartbroken. i honestly kinda wish i still had it that car was so fun and raw, there wasnt a single option on it and it weighed almost nothing
but its allright now, i have its big brother, and its a hell of a lot quicker than my old n/a miata was

so i have the exhaust and downpipe on, sounds alot meaner now it spools ALOT faster and the butt-dyno reports if feels a bit quicker, but im stilll waiting on the intake, when that comes in ill take some pics of when i get it on

I completely FAIL to understand how her insurance company could turn down your claim. She WAS at fault, and even a mediocre lawyer could have ripped them a new one.

Sucks, but the new car is better. :)
