Is this still available? I'm not local but I'd be interested in buying. According to the Cobb site the 2011 AP has the same model # as the 07-09 AP so I'm assuming it will work with an 09 car.

Yep, it will work with an 09. It was just a firmware update that allowed the old one to work with the newer cars. You'll just have to make sure you clear the maps and download the right ones for your car.
