Have you checked over at MSF.org? If you donate you get access to there for sale section. Also, they have a ton of info on there.

And sorry to be a downer, but I doubt you will find one for less than 500.

$450 shouldn't be too much of a problem. $400 will be a lot tougher.

When I first bought my car there were about 3 AP's on craigslist for $400, so I'm hoping I can find one around there.

Found one for $400. Stage 1 is a fantastic improvement over stock!

Congrats. It's pretty much the best B4B upgrade ever.

The next thing I want to do is find a stock ms6 and gut it so I can go stage 2 while remaining stock looking. (I have an extended warranty and i don't want to remove the dp every time I go to the stealership.)

Downpipe. Got mine for a little less than I paid for my AP and it made a way bigger difference than just the AP alone. But part of that could have been the new tune with the downpipe too so it was kind of a combination of AP and downpipe.

<------ Scared of the Downpipe.

So am I! I've read that if I get a test/ race pipe I can go stage 2, is this true or false?

I ran Stage2 maps before I had the test pipe, and I was never out of spec with my critical metrics.

The reason you don't go to Stage 2 without an aftermarket DP/RP/TP, is that with higher boost temps and pressures, you can cook your stock Cat.

So, since you have internals, once you get a DP, by cobb's standards, you are good to go with stage 2.

So in that case, is it kosher to run Stage2 on a car that only has a Test Pipe, but not a Down Pipe? I mean.... that first cat is still there, post turbo. Image

well, i would look at getting a DP, just to be safe.

Do you have internals/pump replacement?!
