This is kind of a longshot, but what the heck...
I'm helping my neighbors sell their 2011 Acura MDX before they move to Holland. Great people. Great car for a non-Mazda.

Anyway, maybe someone here has interest? Definite price flexibility for someone buying through this forum.

Yes, it does have the third row seats.
Asking price on Craigslist is $38,800. (It'd be cheaper for you.)
Also, the usual warranties are fully transferable - six-year 70K powertrain and four-year 50K vehicle.
