Tell me more about the low compressing rew and the peripheral block please.

when i rotate the pulley without the spark plug u can hear the difference between front and rear, the peripheral block i just opened the engine housings and rotors are in excellent shape the engine was set up for aviation

I'm very interested in the peripheral block. Could u get a pic of the manifold side? I think I may be interested in the rew as well. I could probably make a trip down to the springs in early january, maybe sooner if need be.
