Looking for a stock down-pipe for a 93-95 RX7 FD. It connects between the stock twins and the stock main cat.

Prefer a working one, but I can use a plugged one, or possibly a fabbed one.

PM me, thanks!

Matt

I have an aftermarket downpipe with no cat convertor in it if interested. It fits the stock twins, it is also heat wrapped.

Thanks, but the Emissions Nazis want a second cat on my car even though it completely passes the sniffer!!

Getting one from Eric, so this posting is now closed.

Thanks, Matt

He picked it up a week or two ago lol. I think he already got his emission test redone too.

Dang, maybe I should stock up!!

Emissions is so lame... with double cats my carbon monoxide and dioxide numbers both went up instead of down... still passing by a mile.

And you should have seen the monkeys doing my visual inspection - they pointed to the blow off valve and said the air pump wasn't connected properly! They actually failed me for that! I had explain how an FD works to the state inspector to clear that up. Where do they find these people?!?

There were some guys at a Jiffy Lube down here that came over during our meet one night and thought Brett's FC was getting too much air into the engine because of all the space in front of it that had been cleared out, and they thought the CAS was one of the pistons. Sounds like they're working up there now.

That just makes my head hurt.

Well, you know, you want to keep some stuff in your engine bay for proper intake air interference. You need a little intake backpressure for the best power delivery.

Oh there is something I forgot to mention. The guys from the Jiffy Lube I mentioned were the guys that RAN the Jiffy Lube. Yeah.
