New MS6 Owner

Postby CaptnSVO23T » Tue Aug 10, 2010 9:14

Sup,
fellas and ladies I'm getting ready to go pick up my latest turbo car, an 06 MS6. So I figured I'd join the community and start digging in to really get to know this car. My other turbo cars have been SVO Mustang's and Thunderbirds ,so I'm definitely not a noob when it comes to turbos or to wrenching. As soon and I get the stang off of jack stands I'll be starting a AWD 2.3 turbo Ranger project. The MS6 will be my DD so nothing too wild is going to happened right away, though I would like to upgrade the interior to leather with heated seats, and I may look at a bigger turbo, maybe some RIMS. Do they make FMIC kit for these car's, so far I haven't seen any one mention one in the "lurkinig" I've been doing on the board?

So a little bit more about me, I'm 35 and I have a 14 month old little girl. I live in Northern Colorado and I work for a company in Denver that does geo-spatial satellite imagery. I do IS work, which is also one of my other home hobbies along with home automation etc and home theater.

So it's good to be here hopefully you guys keep the trolls to a minimum. I look forward to helping out and learning.
