LOL only works in F and F. 800hp is not fast enough to keep up with a helicopter.

Depends on the helicopter. The LAPD use Bell 206's which go about 139 MPH. So it's possible to out run police helicopter's (if you're on a straight road). I think a Huey's speed is rated at 135MPH.

The Colorado Springs Police Department will be retiring its helicopter unit at the end of the year and is holding a ceremony Tuesday to recognize the officers who served with it.
