True. I am in CS as well. I agree not getting paid much for people to bitch. Although have you realized that some people still don't listen when you tell them what their bill will
Be when changes are made? At least I get it all the time haha.
I used to be with sprint and had bad service with reps but depending on that rep you get if they had a rude customer previously usually hey take it to the next call.
Anyway sorry for hiijack, Eric!
The great phone debate

Alright, I finally sold my soul tonight and got an iPhone 4S. Everyone I talked to that had one said they loved it, and even some people had one in the past and now had something else but didn't like it and wanted another iPhone. I also figured that it seems to be pretty user friendly and a good smart phone for a beginner. When they first rang it up, $826 flashed up on the screen. I said "that's a joke, right?" lol. Turned out to be around $259 with the buy back plan and protection plan. I also dropped my plan to 900 minutes a month instead of unlimited talk and text like I had before, since I'll be paying $30/mo for data package now.
I also felt like I had to buy an iPhone because Simon got me a stereo and installed it and a microphone in the Pathfinder for a welcome-home/Christmas gift, so I can talk hands-free through the stereo. I like it.
Now I'm looking to get a Griffin Survivor case for it. The tests they did with that case are ridiculous haha.

I don't judge....well, sort of. At any rate- congrats on joining the 'smart phone elite'.
Well, I was about to say I'm better than you now. LOL

Thanks! Good to see you again.

Doesn't that just get it to where I can use it on any network? Or is that an app killer? I need one of those haha. My battery life seemed to be fine when I first got it, but I downloaded a couple apps already and it seems to drain it faster. I need to figure something out.

I figured since it's user friendly it would be good for me as a beginner. And I figured I'd have no choice at some point so I may as well start learning now.
