You're putting too much emphasis on this altitude vs. sea level thing. Josh still woulda raped that Mustang at sea level. ;) Instead just think of it as Two almost equal cars going at each other. Stock (263hp) I've run against V8 Mustangs, Infiniti G35 and Nissan 350Z all with 300hp and walked away from them. You seriously think that because of altitude these cars give up/lose almost 37hp? Don't think so...

OK another TPMS question. The sensors I have installed on my new wheels are from a part out from RX8club. Do I need to have the computer reset or adjusted for the new sensors? The alarms isn't going off but after a while the sensor light starts blinking, which I assumes means the cars doesn't see the sensors there.

I don't know at all....are your tires filled up enough? I'm sure somebody should know.

Intresting. Have you checked RX8 club yet? They may have an answer. I'll search around there if I have time later and let you know if I find anything.

I started to but there isn't a TPMS sticky and the search results are abundant to say the least. When I have more time I'll dedicate to a search.

Your answer (from the owner's manual). There's a reset procedure you have to do.
