I'm leaving town Saturday for 9 days but until then I'm just doing nothing. If anyone decides to meet up someplace post up, I'll show.

(I'm really trying to find a reason to go driving right now.)

I don't know many people besides my roommates so...be cool to actually meet some people instead of sitting on my friggin couch all day.

And if the weather is nice on Sunday, I'm pretty sure there will be some people at Hamburger Stand to go for a cruise.

THIS Saturday? Doesn't this Saturday have 24 hours? Since you didn't specify when or how you're leaving on Saturday, you might still be able to go to the dyno meet.

Ah yeah- you're a pilot. Who do you fly for? I know a guy who is a 777 instructor/pilot for United.

I fly for the fractionals, not a 'major' airline. Like time-share jets is what I do. Pretty fun. I've heard chicks dig it but...can't back it up with paperwork. :)

Beechjet actually. My first jet was a Citation tho, for University of Florida.

I knew I was leaving out a jet company. I used to autox in the parking lot of one of Beech's factories in Wichita.

I was an engineer at Cessna for 3 years or so. I have alot of part numbers with my name on them flying around on several different models of Citations.

And I'll have my name on a bunch of Boeing 787 part numbers once that thing flies too.

And if Airbus ever brings back the A380 Freighter, I spent 7 months working on the wing spars for that thing.

That's awesome man! Aviation is a small community, lol! A380 is amazing, and the cockpit blows my mind.
