I'm thinking if we all want to arrive together, everyone should meet in a parking lot off C-470 and Quebec. This goes for everyone from the North, South, East, & West. I can't remember what's there, but if anyone is more familiar with the area, do you have any suggestions?

Lee mentioned that we should have our Easy-Up by then.... :koolaidman:

For those who went last year, can you tell us what to expect? If someone is just spectating, but wants to represent and participate (aka ME) can we still park with those who are showing, or do we park in the main lot? Has NOPI already assigned an area to us, or is it first come, first serve?

If anyone can think of any other details, please post it here. I will edit new updates for the caravan location in this post.

You wont be able to park with the cars that are showing you will need to park in the main lot. as far as were they put us it will probably be a first come bases. Some of us will have spots already because we will have an ET race the night before . I know that Chris will be camping out Fri-Sun.We might leave the MS6 there depending on how dirty it gets. Nopi has not do one at Bandiemer yet this will be a first so its hard to say how it will work.Getting into the pit area were they will have all of the show cars will take a lil bit due to how they take forever getting cars in. (plan on sitting in a line for along time)

gates open at 8am.. Mills is approx 10 minutes from Bandimere. You are going to want to be at Bandi EARLY to get a spot in the lines! So figure something out from there, as I'm not showing now, this is up to you guys, just thought I would give a little input.

Ok, i Know this is NOPI, but I do remember last year when TUNER MAYHEM was at Bandi that the few of us got up there right around 7 and the gates opened at 8 and the line was already pretty thick and long.. I would say if we meet somewhere like the MILLS then we should seriously try and meet at 6 and leave NO later than 630 to get in line up there. Once we get there then we will be waiting a good two hours before we even get in the gate.. Cause once the gate opens it take a freaking long time to get the cars through it cause thats where they are paying a registering,, So if we get there early enough we could hopefully beat the line and get to be some of the first cars to enter the pits..

As far as where we park goes. I would say lets try and park in the pits that are before the start line of the track.. If you all know what i mean by this then its in the area where the Staging lanes are parrallel to the pits.. Cause Im sure it probably gonna be set up the same way that TUNER MAYHEM was set up and the spot that the few of us (being Lee, Josh, Andrew, and a couple others) were parked last year would all agree that it was a good spot and right in the middle of the show..

It came up a lot faster then expected, and the money situation just is not looking to pretty right now.. If I get my stimulus check before then and get some bills caught up then I will probably show, but at this point... not looking so hot. Sorry :-( Trust me I was super excited about having a car that I can actually SHOW OFF... But I will be there to support the club, and will help with anything that is needed.
