Smash is worth the $7 in my opinion. I got the 1/2 lb. classic with nothing else and was satisfied afterwards:) I about shat myself when I realized I just paid that much for one hamburger, but like Barn said, it's quality stuff. Plus, last time I ate at Arbys I did the 5 for 5.95 deal (3 SMALL jrs, fake cheese sticks, and fries) and with tax was close to 7 bucks....and the food was kinda made me sick:eek:

a 1/2 lb burger is a heavy lunch, I imagine I would be in a food coma after that.

mmmmm food coma [/drool] I thought it was going to be a BIG burger, but it was manageable. If it was bigger, I still could have easily tackled it; it was that good. I actually got it to go, but only made it about 50 feet. I took one bite, just to satisfy my urges and never looked back...

Speaking of burgers, I still need to try Old School-

Bah, missed this. I'm up for lunch pretty much any day, and I don't mind driving since I have an hour lunch. What constitutes "greater DTC area" though? I'm down near park meadows...but would be willing to drive up closer to DTC. Or, if you don't mind driving down here, there is a ton of good food...BWW, fatburger, tokyo joe's, quizno's, heidi's deli, illegal pete's, etc...

Edit: Wow, I didn't even know that smash burger was there, that's only like a 10 minute drive from here.

Yeah, I'm down to head towards Park Meadows sometime. I love me some Thai Basil!

Never been there...mmm Thai food! Just let me know when and I'll be there. Occasionally I do have other lunch plans but not often.
