Thanks everyone for your help and replys (no worries about the thread jack LOL). Hes all pre approved through his bank and has a few in mind he'd like to get if they/he can make it work. If any others are found, we'd like to hear about them.

If he's still looking the place I was talking about has posed it on craigslist. It's actually black and when I passed by the other day I think there was another next to it. It's a 2006 for $16900 with 45k miles.
