Tim would a sign up sheet help to track who is planning on attending?
This list could also be used to flog those who drop out at the last minute.

Somebody at work decided to take tomorrow off at the last minute and I have to adjust my shift to cover so I won't be able to make it now. If I had remembered this was tomorrow at the time I would have said no, I have plans but I didn't remember until later. :( I'll try to make it to the February one.

How bad of form is it, if I pull out on this meet at the 11'th hour?

So I ended up going to Power Hour last night with some of the co-workers and that ended up turning into a trip to the ballet, and that turned into getting home in the wee hours... I just don't think the girl is going to be too down with me pulling back-to-back nights out. =\
