We were all intimidated by the inherent and undeniable coolness of an FD RX-7, so we didn't show. :D

I took 3 kids to Erics to get tint this AM.

We walked over to McD's in the rain! What fun!

A little rain never hurt nobody!

Things I hate:

~Friday nights spent cleaning my dorm room for inspection (therefore missing the meet).

~The asshole who did the hit-and-run on my RX8.

Not an exhaustive list

Mmmm paint.....I lovev the smell of fresh paint. Mebe that's why I always ding up my body kit.

Haha, you must be broke from getting it painted all the time haha. It's funny cause when they went to paint it Wednesday, the cans were mislabeled so they put the pearl down first and then the primer or some shit, so they had to repaint it haha. Foreignracer and I were at the shop til about 10 tonight helping them weld an exhaust together for it so he can drive it to the car show tomorrow at the Sky Sox stadium.

i'll go if i can get a ride... why did i abandon my poor car

You abandoned it, what do you mean? You sold it or something?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (RX-7 Chris @ Aug 14 2008, 07:39 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div>
I may not be able to make it this week. I will try and stop by for a bit.

Did you all know that it is supposed to be a high of 63 and raining all day tomorrow.

Did you end up making it out there? Corey, Simon and I only ran through to see that no one was there, around 7pm or so.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (RX-7drifter @ Aug 14 2008, 08:33 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div>
o a lil rain never hurt no one

Well I guess alot of people thought it would cause no one was there haha.

What can we say Corey, I guess only the FD guys are dedicated enough to truly live up to the "rain or shine" commitment, HAHAHA.

When did the hit-and-run happen? It always pisses me off when that happens, no matter who is involved.

You must be deploying, I have the same plan for when I leave in January haha.

Oh and just so everyone knows, there is a road racing type event at the park in Pueblo on Sept 11th, should be pretty cool. I now have a goal/timeframe for getting my turbo swap finished so I may miss the next few meets, but I might still try to be there this next Friday, who knows.
