I was about to say you could have brought it here and I'd charge it for you, but Advance is right there lol.

So the last few days, I've been trying to get rid of a fuel leak from the fittings on my fuel rail. I tried an aviation sealant the first few times but its still leaking. I'm trying another sealant now. Hopefully, this fixes the issue and I can get on to starting this thing.

^From what Frank told me on the phone, it's not the AN side that's leaking, it's the side that screws into the fuel rail.

Yup. It's the pipe fitting side. I'm trying some new thread sealant now, so I'll see how that works after it cures.

So I got the leak fixed and started it last week. No leaks noted.I had an overheating problem today that I fixed with a new thermostat. I'll give it another checkout tomorrow and call it done!

Nice! Are you getting rid of your OEM latch?

Ahhh, well it looks like the time has come. I decided a few weeks ago, after much thought, that I would entertain selling my RX7. I placed up an ad and received quite a few BS offers before receiving one that was acceptable. A guy drove down from Denver on Saturday to look at it. We agree on the terms and he plans to pick up the car this evening.

Wow, that was quick! Looks like the FD market in Colorado isn't as soft as I originally thought, most seem to be selling rather quickly. I even got to the point where I wrote up an add for my car but I didn't have the heart to post it for sale, I love it too much.

It was tough but I thought it was time. I continuously dropped money into the car cause it never seemed perfect. Heck, even while I had the ad up, I was thinking of buying the rear seat setup that was in the for sale section! It just never seems to end. Its time to focus on other things for awhile. I'm sure I'll get another car in the future.

I can totally relate, that is one of the top reasons I am considering selling it, it just never ends. I don't think I would ever be done with the car...but to me it's also part of the fun. But I see where you're coming from.
