I had an experience with Abbra too... I'll NEVER go back. They suck!
They did a shitty job and the car came back with a cracked windshield and they won't take responsibility for it. It also made some weird noise when it's cold outside or when I turn on the AC.

I dont have that car anymore...

Sucks dude, sounds similar to my experience there. My car is going back on Friday. I was going to let a couple of small flaws go, but then they called on Saturday and threatened to send me to collections for a billing error they made. (They had previously left a VM on Friday.) Makes perfect sense to me. When I called to ask them about their threat, they just said that it's standard policy to try and get people to pay them quicker.
