Well if you read earlier in the thread, most people said they needed to leave around 5:30 and 6, so it shouldn't have been much of a surprise. This meet was definitely as far south as I can go though...thankfully no traffic for the long haul home.

August 4th will be the next one. Since we haven't been back in a while (and that OC location sucked balls for me), let's make it at the Park Meadows BWW again.

Not going to make this one, as I didn't plan accordingly, but will be there in September.

Anyone else ever do their hotwing challengs? Best time to finish? My best was 90 seconds, but I was talking with freinds...:D That was at the Bel Mar location...or whatever is just south of 6th ave.

From what I hear (or what I don't hear) there is no rescheduled meet for tonight. Perhaps the first Thursday of next month, but then again, you never know-- Huzer may randomly cancel...or have an estranged family member mysteriously show up hours before (still bitter).

Nope, never tried their wing challenge. The only time I ever go to BWW is for these non-existant meets.

Next meet will beeeeeeeee....

Tentatively September 1st at BWW Park Meadows. Let's try and get a bunch of people. I've already cleared with family that no one will be randomly flying into town that week.

Plus my car should have it's new wheels/tires on by that point. Assuming I can get one wheel refinished in time.

Hell, i could meet tonight, but i have a chiro appt at 5:30 in Castle Rock, so seems rather pointless. School will be in session by the 1st, so that will work out nicely to grab some food on my way home from class.

We were in Winter PArk during their Mini meet. Pretty awesome. A few planned cruises for three consecutive days, a car show, some vendors...would be cool to see something like that i could participate in :)
