Isn't iTunes synched to the cloud these days? Can't it just redownload all your music to the new computer when you put in your account info?

Unless you've been adding to your iTunes library from illicit sources, that is. ;) In which case get out the thumb drive and start transferring them that way.

Canon Canon Canon! simply the best, affordable, and ink cartridges are very cheap on ebay...

Also for transferring moozak, CopyTrans TuneSwift can do that, (though i can't vouch for it bc i haven't used it)

Seconded on Canon. I have a Canon MX700 that I've had for many years now and it does a great job of printing/scanning/faxing.

And whatever you do, don't let your cheapskate gene steer you to trying those refilled cartridges because they're dirt cheap. I tried them once and they were horrible. The ink leaked everywhere and the printer printed like shit. It's worth sticking to the legit cartridges.

Canon...gotcha.

I made the mistake of getting a $50 HP Printer years ago. The cartridge refills were more than the printer, Fuuu

We actually use the refills and have never had a problem with them.

Must have gotten unlucky with who I was buying them from then. To me it's worth the extra $20 or whatever to know for sure it's going to work.

$36 for the 3 color cartridges and $32 for a 2-pack of black for my Canon. They last a long time though and always work the first time, unlike the refills I've gotten.
